Ayden's Birthday Cake

So a few weeks ago was Ayden's sixth birthday, I have a six year, WOW!! Anyways we had his birthday party 11 days later, and this was his cake. I made it from Scratch and decorated it! It's Ben 10 theme, Oh and I really don't wanna see it on Cake Wrecks...

How I have neglected my blogs. But truthfully I haven't take any new photos, lifes been busy! I have on the other hand left D&D and started working at the Gonzales Cannon. A really great newspaper in Gonzales Texas. I do a little of everything there, Design, answer phones, classifieds, run the circulation, and sales. Art Site

This by no means is what I do all day, but when I run across a really interesting site, I must tell the masses!

So 20x200 is an art sales site, but I thought it was pretty interesting.

And I know, that this is supposed to be a blog that showcases my photography, that I have been doing so much of lately. (do you sense the sarcasm!)

Peach Cobbler

Today, I made Peach Cobbler, and I honestly wish you could have smelled the house while it was being made! Ok, maybe not cause then I would have had to share it! But I will share photos with you.











Ok, so I simmer my peaches in the juice before they go in the pan, and while baking it becomes thick and syrupy.

And this is right before I devoured it! I just couldn't help myself.

So now that I'm not so very stressed out, you may be seeing more baked goods! Tasting, well we will see about that!

Wordless Wednesday

So I finally did it

what you ask?
For those of you who know me I have been trying to go see Randy Rogers Band For three years and I finally went this Saturday. I have every song that they have produced and love them I just hadn't seen them live, 311 seen them (my favorite band, heck I even celebrate 311 day, 3/11) Taylor Swift, love her, and seen her, Flyleaf too. Green Day and Blink (yay!) seen them both! Just never had the time to see Randy Rogers. Well enough about my concert experiences.

So I love to get up as close as I can to the stage, see how close I got!















BTW these photos were taken on my phone, I have a palm centro and love it!















So they threw these out before and after the concert, James got me one.
















And during the concert, Randy threw these out, this one hit me in between my left eye and nose, any closer and it would have gotten my eye. I was stunned for a second, and thought that had to have been a big bug, then I thought its cold so I looked down. This pick was on the ground!



















So now I can make another thing down that I have done. Yay for me.

I think I'm on a roll

Wow, I am on a roll! Two new postings on Ayden's blog (and more to come, I'm trying to do one every day of the week). It also gets my mind off everything that's going on in my life (everything will come out in due time, although some of you may already know whats up.)

SNOW!!!!!

We woke up this morning to snow on the ground, and at almost 10 its still there, Its supposed to get even colder tonight, which means the possibility of more.
But as I was saving pics to upload I realized that this would be the best time to show you all my view and do my own post, cause its been way too long!
So unfortunately I have to see two sets of dumpsters, but the dark area on the right is the creek and the area filled with snow and ice right now is the creek bed, there are always ducks and geese there and I have even seen deer a few times!

Megan's Senior Pictures
